New chairman Amy Khor to re-brand, re-position Feedback Unit
The Feedback Unit will undergo a rebranding exercise and it will have an SMS feedback channel and even blogs. Its incoming chairman Dr Amy Khor said the new features are part of plans to keep up with the times as the Feedback Unit turns 21 this year.
