Following are seven exercises used in Meridian Resistance Flexibility and Strength Training (meridianstretching.com) . All exercises should be performed after warming up. Repeat each exercise six to 10 times. Gradually increase your level of resistance as you go through the repetitions and reserve maximum resistance for the last two to three repetitions.
